The WWBPA took its #TagThatBag campaign to High School South on Monday, working with the PTSA to hand out 250 reflective tags to students during lunch.
We were thrilled to see tags get attached to some backpacks before lunch was over!

Why #TagThatBag? We want everyone to be more visible to drivers at night!
Just a little bit of reflective material can go a long way. As we told many students, just because you can see a car’s headlights doesn’t mean the driver can see you.
In fact, drivers first see someone wearing blue at night when they are just 55 feet away. But drivers can spot someone wearing reflective gear up to 500 feet away.
This was our second #TagThatBag event in the WW-P schools; we partnered with the High School North PTSA to distribute reflective tags there in late October.
