Creating Alternatives

Complete Street by John Luton, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood would like to create bicycle and pedestrian networks throughout the country. Though 90% of Americans will still use their cars, 59% would like to add more alternatives, including mass transit, bicycle and pedestrian routes (Transportation for America 2010 survey).
